Course Enrolment Fees
1.1 All course enrolment fees are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by EthicalhackingSchool.com.
1.2 If you are unable to attend a course that you have enrolled in, you may request to reschedule your enrolment for a future course.

Quality of Services
2.1 If you believe that the quality of our services does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 15 days of the course start date.
2.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed at least 50% of the course content and demonstrate that you have made a
good faith effort to engage with the course materials.
2.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ethicalhackingschool.com and include the reason for the refund request.
2.4 Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and EthicalhackingSchool.com reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Payment Refunds
3.1 If your refund request is approved, EthicalhackingSchool.com will process the refund within 15 days of the refund request approval.
3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment.
